1004 – 1005 SERIES
The ultimate range of individual colour changing modules
to create
unbelievable multi coloured rainbow effect
in ceilings,
wall or floor displays. Each modulite
downlighter or uplighter module is programmed to
our customers
colour specification, to suit for example
store decor. If for example our customers wants
to change the range of colours in the future,
the modulites can be sent back to
Frontier Innovations Ltd for re-programming
to a new range of colours. Wall controls can
be supplied with mood changing dimmers
to individual modules “remote controls”.
The ultimate in lighting packages,
to illuminate corporate, leisure, retail
and hospitality area’s, using Frontier Innovations
full range of Moduliet illuminators
for multi colour changing.
Capable of changing through 16.7 million
colours in a totally random fashion,
or programmed for specific colour
schemes,
this is the compact colour
lighting unit for decorative lighting.
THE MODULITE SERIES
Modulite 1000 series illuminators
Very compact individual LED’s fitted directly to a fibre harness.
The harness can be up to 25 tails of raw fibre,
0.75mm/1mm/1.5mm. Active diameter of 5mm.
Sheath max size 10mm diameter.

Modulite 1001
LED cluster illuminator clusters or 5/6 LED’S
fitted directly to a fibre harness. The harness
can
take up to 50 tails, max fibre length 2 meters,
10mm active diameter sheath.

Modulite 1002
LED cluster with sequencer, 9 cluster LED’s,
various colours fitted directly to a fibre harness.
The harness can house up to 100 fibre tails.

Modulite 1003 illuminator 1 watt
1 watt high performance LED fitted directly
to a fibre harness will compete with even
halogen at 3m fibre lengths. Will illuminate up to
150 tails of raw fibre in vibrant colours. Active diameter 15mm max.

Modulite 1004 illuminator 5 watt
5 watt high performance LED fitted directly to a fibre
harness will compete with most fibre illuminators
even at 6m. Will illuminate 150 tails of raw fibre
in vibrant colours to fibre length of more then 6m.

Modulite 5000 series
Modulite 5000 to 5005 are specially built systems
using a range of Luxeon 1 watt LED’s in clusters
of various colours. Colour changing dimmer modules
can achieve a range of multi colour changes with
very vibrant colours not been seen before in fibre.
The modules can be programmed to suit our
customer’s specification and colour scheme.
This range of 5000 series Modulites can be manufactured
in designs to suit our customer’s application, including
shape and size and can even be refitted as part
of your design for wall, ceiling or floor mounting.
Due to the flexibility of this product they can be fitted
in very compact areas, there is very little heat
to contend with and the illuminators themselves
having no forward heat allows the fibre
to be fitted (safely) in almost any product.
Each modulite unit can be pre-programmed
to customers specification and re-programmed
by Frontier by returing the complete product.
Modulites can be manufactured to take
individual harnesses, 50 tails to 500 tails
1mm – 1.5mm fibre.
Modulite 5000
Max power out 20 watts @ 12v input each
Please note that while the 5004 and 5005 modules
do use the low power illuminators they can also
be illuminated with high voltage illuminates.
i.e.; if you fitted a fibre curtain with three
5005 Modulites, then you would have
combined 60 watts @ 12v system
using high voltage to achieve the same
results 600 watt @ 220v
Modulite 5004 Series
All units fitted with single or multiple changing sequencers.
Each unit programmed prior to delivery by Frontier Innovations.
Housings will alter in shape and size to suit individual applications.
The 5004 series is ideal for both raw and
clad (coated) fibre for walls,
ceilings or
floor displays,
illuminated shelving,
edge lighting acrylic (or glass) panels ,
from wall displays or under
glass floor
applications.
i.e.; Modulite 5004 ceiling (rose)
and individual modulite housed to look like a
half circular ceiling rose with
one outlet that will
take 1000
tails of 1.5 mm raw side glow fibre
cascading inside a glass 200mm diameter tube that
changes colour 60 times in unbelievably varied
and intense colours.
Modulite 5005 Series
The module 5005 is a specially manufactured unit to
customers design and specification,
for example; customer orders a 6 m curtain display in
1m sections with colour change across the whole curtain.
Frontier would supply individual 1m sections that clip
together to create a 5m curtain display. Each section would
need and individual colour change via a
separate colour changing module housed inside a casing
that has one fibre optic harness outlet.
