Each magnet has been tested to 150kg direct pull, making it one of the
most powerful small magnets on the market, this has allowed us to develop
"clusters" of ArmourLite's, secured by just one of these magnets (see drawings),
it’s also conceivable to use the magnet to attach large lighting systems or
large signs to metal structures.

Since the marine ArmourLite's are 100% marine grade stainless steel, including
fixing plates etc. they are ideal for applications, including the
Aqua ArmourLite for underwater applications.
All ArmourLite's for the gas/oil industry are to high
specifications and intrinsically safe.

The two, three or four ArmourLite clusters can vary in outputs
depending on application, for example:
The two cluster = 4 watts = 12 watts LED'S
The three cluster = 6 watts to 18 watts LED'S
The four cluster = 8 watts to 24 watts LED'S

All our Armour Lite range are based on LED technology,
creating very low energy consumption, low maintainced,
with up to 50,000 hours of light.

This new range of Armour-Lite has received extremely
good response from various sectors of industry,
including the oil and gas industry, town planners and architects
and the entertainment market.

ARMOUR-Lite APPLICATIONS
Although this range of Armour-Lites are mainly for the Gas
industry they have had an extremely good response
from both architects and designers for town centre
lighting projects.

The Armour-Lite  can be used in applications to illuminate statues,
water features and ground level lighting. The Armour-Lite  can be
fitted to the wall at high or ground level making them ideal for areas
such as walkways that have little or no lighting.This versatile product
is also ideal for areas such as Waterfront illuminations
around Mariners etc.

Given that the lamps are vandal proof with very high impact,
resistant glass lenses are ideal for vandal prove areas
in Town Centres.

The Armour-Lites  require very little maintenance and have
low energy requirements,with the introduction of our
specially designed Magnet bases they can be applied to
almost any metal structure, including bridges.

Our ‘Tunnel-Vision Armour-Lite’ has been designed for
directional safety or area flood lighting of tunnels.

This new product, the ‘Tunnel-Vision Armour-Lite’is an
extension of our existing range of ‘Armour-Lites’.
‘Tunnel-Vision’ is made with the same robust housing
as the existing ‘Armour-lite’ products & uses a varied range of
LEDS to suit individual application, from directional
safety lighting to high performance flood lighting

The product is idea for tunnel lighting, with a
high impact resistance, low energy, power supply,
long life rust proof, & water proof.

With a continued life time of up to 50,000 hours,
including the power supply & control system. Once the
‘Tunnel-Vision Armour-Lite’ is fitted, practically
no maintenance is required for up to 5 to 10 years,
depending on the installation application.
